Password not working for 1 person out of 5

    We have 1 director password for our wordpress site.

    The login and password is used by all 5 directors. It works when I use it and it works when other directors use it. But it does not work for 1 director specifically.

    She gets this error message: Your access to this site has been temporarily limited by the site owner
    Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503)
    If you think you have been blocked in error, contact the owner of this site for assistance.

    The login name and password works for other people but just not her.

    She’s tried various browsers, cleared her cache.

    Her last message says: Both Norton and Microsoft say that WordPress has blocked my email address. They said that the COHNA website administrator must contact WordPress to get the email address unblocked.

    How do I contact WordPress to get the email address unblocked?

    Hi there,

    Which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account. I see your WordPress.com site at quickchange2015.wordpress.com appears to be a totally empty site you are not using.

    Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
