Password on Blog Page

Hello,
Are you able to make your blog page with a password? It’s not working on my website. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking but I will attempt to answer your question.
You can make your site private by going to My Site → Settings and looking for Privacy. After marking your site as private, visitors will see a “Protected Blog” page if they’re not logged into their WordPress.com account when trying to view your site. If you want specific people to be able to view it, you’ll need to invite them to be a viewer.
Please see the following support document for more information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
Let me know if this is what you had in mind.

Hi amecielublin,
Password protection will not work on a page that is set to display your posts from My Site > Customize > Static Front Page.
Your actual posts themselves will still be available to the public if they are not password protected, so it would be better to protect each post individually, or set your site to private as staff-frank suggested.
