password post

  A little problem with the protected post password.
  since, i guess, 2.1 release, within the overall postings the protected post is waiting for
  the password. After typing the password and submitting it, the overall blog postings returns without showing the protected post contents. However clicking on the posttitle itself, the contents is shown.
  I’ve cleaned the cookies/deleted the temp internet files for iexplorer 7 and Firefox.
  The results don’t change. Anyone a clue?

  Are you talking about a wordpress.com hosted blog? If not, please see the support information at wordpress.org, since we use different software here.

  I’m not really sure i understand the problem. If you’re able to view the protected content after entering the password, what is the issue?

  Agreed, if you’re using released version, you need to be over at http://wordpress.org
