Password problem

  Tonight I tried to log in to WordPress, which I have been using for ages (I love it) and my password would not work. I tried and tried password reset, at least six times, and every time it sent me an email that said:

  Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account:
  https://wordpress.com/
  Username: (my username was here)
  If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:

  BUT THERE IS NOTHING THERE

  So I tried the 24/7 support – only to find there wasn’t any support – its closed! And I really need to blog!
  When I tried to post this question it asked my password! So I created a whole new blog, just to ask this question.
