Password problem

Changed my password but Cannot now login.Tried to reset by using my email address but still no luck
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

It seems that your site is hosted on a server not provided by WordPress.com and was built with the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called WordPress.org. This forum is maintained and equipped to support WordPress.com sites.
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different companies and we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere.
