password protect a free .wordpress.com site

  hallo how can i password protect a free .wordpress.com site? is it possible with an easy way?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  yes i understood the first link as well, i didnt know that u could find it, so i guess u can. ok now that ti password protected those 2 extra pages too can you enter? is it safe to use that method or u will come up with magic trick again? :)

  I would have thought it would be easier to set your whole site to private. Then if you want to invite people to see it they will have access to the whole site. Password protecting individual pages and giving others links and passwords would get time consuming as the amount of content on the site grew.

  have in mind that the other people that i want them to see my site must be easy for them to do it, like a password

  no no i just tried it it asks for the other people to log in to wordpress. cannot happen. nevertheless i dont have any more pages
