Are you referring to the site you’ve linked to at rivashotokan.wordpress.com or a different site? That site is empty of content.
If by chance you are referring to a self-hosted install of the standalone WP software, you’ll want to head over to the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support for assistance. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Since your site rivashotokan.com is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom, you’ll need to head over to the support forums I mentioned earlier. We won’t be able to help you here with this issue.
Best wishes.
