Password Protect widget

  I loaded up a widget on my blog that is a password protect to block spam or malicious attempts to break-in into my website. I have reset my password as I have forgotten it, the widget now thinks I’m entering the wrong password and locks me out for 20 minutes. I now can’t get on my admin dashboard. Please help!
