Password protect WordPress 2.8

  This topic is about the installed version of WordPress 2.8 that I use for my own domain name. appears i have to add a plug in to password protect it and i cannot find one that will work! help???

  If the blog linked to your username is the one you are asking about then its’ a wordpress.COM blog http://victoriagoetz.wordpress.com/

  WordPress.COM blogs do not have plugins. There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM blogs.

  If you are referring to different blog and it’s a wordpress.ORG blog then you are posting to the wrong forum. If you have hired a web host and are self hosting a wordpress.ORG installation then the correct forum to post to is http://wordpress.ORG/support
