  How do I take off the “password protected” from my blog?

  If you go the Dashboard > Options > Privacy you can change the settings there; you can either have it open to readers or open it to everyone, including search engines like Google. Hope that helps.

  You set a password on your post. Edit the post, and click the Post Password box in the right hand column.
