Password protected Page – after password entered it redirects to "internal" URL
-
I am running XAMPP on a Windows box. The XAMPP is behind a ISA Proxy server. I don’t think this is an issue since I can do everything else on the site correctly.
The internal name of the server is:
http://internal-xp/wpinstallThe external name of the server is:
http://www.company.com/wpinstallThe page in question would be like this:
http://www.company.com/wpinstall/passwordpostThe page is a password protected post. The password is a static password added to it in post page.
When I go to: http://www.company.com/wpinstall/privatepost and enter the password I am re-directed to this URL:
This redirect takes me to the site’s typical WordPress Login screen,
If I hit the “Back” arrow in the browser the page I was trying to log into shows up correctly. In options
WordPress Address (URL) – http://www.company.com/wpinstall
Site Address (URL) – http://www.company.com/wpinstall
Custom Permilink – http://www.company.com/wpinstall/%postname%Any help would be greatly appreciated.
