Password protected page login broken by VPN and Private Browsers

  I have a simple page with a password required.
  It works fine in Firefox on Windows, but if the page is opened in Firefox on Linux, or a Browser’s “Private Window” or with a VPN it returns a 404 “Page not found.”
  The correct URL displays in the address bar.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
