Password protected page, users can't log in even with the password!
-
I have a password protected page on sangerne.no and several of our guests have the password, but some of the web readers does not respond to the login command. The same situation on some androids… What can I do, if anything? Its working on Chrome, but I can not tell everybody to change their web reader:-)
Best regards
PålThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In order to troubleshoot this, it would be helpful to talk directly to one of these users.
Can you have one of the readers who’s having issues using the password contact us? They can either post here or email us at help@wordpress.com.

I am using the free basic website until I am ready to purchase premium. I set it up my Resident directory page as password protected but there is no form to input the password.

I am using internet explorer 11.
It works on Google.
Thank You,

Could you double check to make sure you are using the proper capitalization on the password? Some mobile browsers auto capitalize the first letter and others don’t, so this might explain the issue.

I do not have a box to type in the passwordI see the password box when I visit
https://dvc01.wordpress.com/contact-us/resident-directory/Once you have entered the password, you won’t see the password box anymore. If you visit the link from another browser or when you are logged out, you’ll see the password box again.

Thank You for the quick response.
I tried logging out of the site but the password box is still not there.
