Password-Protected Page Won’t Open

  Whenever I test my password-protected page, it never works. I’ve triple-checked that I’m typing the correct password according to my wp-admin view, and whenever I submit it, it just deletes the password field and never allows access.

  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  The only site in your account is https://greyzonepages.com/. That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
