password protected pages are not working – the box to enter a password does not appear

  Hi, on this site – nacwe.org – my password protected pages no longer work (they used to). Now, although it says this is a password protected page ‘This content is password protected. To view it please enter your password below:’ – there is no box to enter password, just the enter button. I have two pages, one for testing purposes, neither work. I have also tried other browsers where I am not logged in and it still appears the same way – no way to enter password. I have also de-activated all plugins to see if there was a conflict, but that did not resolve the problem either. And I deleted the page cache – also did not resolve the problem. These are the two pages this is happening on:
