Password protected pages wont load

    Hello,

    I have a client area on my website. each clients pages is protected with a password. three days ago they stopped being able to access the pages. I’ve deleted the pages and made them up again from scratch but they still don’t work, tried new password even added a password to another page and that one wouldn’t work either. I just get a “connection lost/timed out” screen as do my clients.

    Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve I remove the password the pages work fine but I need to have them protected at all times.
