Password-protected posts

Hello. I have several password-protected posts and i would like to remove the password to some of them. I cannot remember the password. How can I recover it? Thank you!

Hey there,
You can remove the password by opening your post in the editor, and simply making the post public. Because you are the administrator of the site, you don’t need the post’s password, you simply need to be able to log into the site and open the post editor.
If you are using the new (blue) editor, you’ll see the Visibility settings under Advanced Settings in the lower, left-hand side of the page.
If you are using the classic (black) editor, you’ll see the Visibility settings at the top of the page in the Publish module.
