password protecting one side within the site

I want to password protect one side in my site but the password does not work. I have tried different ones and none of them seem to work, have another side in the site with password and it works fine
The side that does not want to work is Helen & Klas

It is a page I want to password protect, have done as it says following the link above but when I enter the password to view the page the computer thinks for a bit and then it resets the password and nothing happens

I just noticed that if I look up the page on my iphone and enter the password it works, maybe it is just something wrong with my computer

have worked my way through these options, it works if i change browser to IE I am normally using firefox, but in firefox it is still not working, but I think I will just leave it for now
