Password protection?

  I just got a new blog, and I made one page ‘password protected’. When I logged out and went to the page,it just let me in without asking for a password. Will my viewers still need to enter the password?

  Yes they will need the password. You were able to get in again without a password because a cookie was stored on your computer. I think. Clear your cookies after logging out and then go back to that page; make sure it asks for your password.

  Don’t test your avatar in technical threads. It wastes the time of volunteers who check it out in case you’ve got a question. In the Off Topic forum at the bottom of the page there’s a sticky thread JUST for testing avatars. Use that.
