password protection

    I set a password to my page, but I don’t know why the password only work once. At the first time to access my page, it asked you for the password, but no password is needed to access it again. I thought it may be the browser cache or cookies, so I deleted all these and try again, still no password is needed to access. What should I set so that it asks for the password every time? Thanks.

    Could you please share the URL of the page where you set a password option?
    Also, you can try from another browser or in incognito mode to check whether you get the password prompt option

    Hi there,

    Post/page passwords are stored in your browser when you enter them, so if you visit the same post in the same browser, you won’t be asked to enter the password again until the stored password expires.

    There is no way to force the site to request the password on every visit.
