Password protection issues

    password protection problems
    Hi. I have a site that functions partly as an information area for lots of volunteers within a fundraising campaign. In accordance with the level they are functioning at, there is a password on certain pages allowing volunteers to access information relevant to their role. Quite a few volunteers have mentioned that despite having the password and checked several times that they are typing in correctly, they cannot get onto the pages in question. The particular problem seems to be with our Members Area page. One or two are accessing the website via Safari or Firefox. Can you help me to iron out this problem so that it doesn’t matter which browser they are using or whether they are on a Mac or PC? Many thanks, Jo

    The best way is to make sure they have the updated versions of their browsers. They can download the latest browsers here: http://browsehappy.com/
