password protection not working on a page

  Hi WordPress team. I just posted a new, private page http://thebuckthornman.com/village-of-hartland-comprehensive-development-plan-2035/ and it does not ask for the password, shhhhhh, it’s ‘hartland’, it lets you right into the page. The very first time I went to the page after posting it, it did ask for the password, but it stopped after that. I tried resetting it to private and re-entering the password and updating but that did not fix it. People that I have sent the link to confirm that it does not ask them for the password. Please take a look.
