Password re-set

  When I went to re-set my password for my other WordPress account, because I forgot it, it asked me for my username so it could send me an email. It did and the email told me to click on a link that sent me to another page telling me to check my email again for a new password.

  I never received that second email consisting of my new password and I need to know why. I would contact Wordpess directly, however the contact section is currently closed.

  Help please?
