  I forgot my password, when im trying to recover it.
  the “email” is sent but i dont get anything.
  please help me!

  Hi, if you have checked the email did not get sent to your spam folder in your email and have checked the options here:

  Recover your account

  but still can’t get in, tag this thread (see right hand of this page) with modlook to get the attention of a member of staff who can send you the email manually. I understand there is some problem with GMail and account recovery emails sometimes (I don’t know if you use GMail or not…)

  If you are you trying to recover access to onwrks.com then you should contact your hosting provider. Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it’s not hosted at WordPress.com. Therefore we cannot provide any support for it.
