Why do the ‘new’ passwords you send me not work? I have been through three in the last few days, each complex alphanumeric which have to be typed in digit by digit. My pc upstairs had to have Windows re-installed last week, since when I cannot get into my own blog. This is being written on my laptop.
why are you not contactable by email? I’ve tried, but you never reply.

We are volunteers in these forums, your fellow bloggers. Staff does look in sometimes, but they would not discuss resetting a password in a public forum.
If you have used password recovery, and if you did not like the “complex alphanumeric” then you could go to Dashboard—>Users—>Personal Settings—>scroll down to “New Password” and type in a password you can remember—>Save Changes
