password recovery

  Gday i am presently locked out of my website and any attempts to retrieve my password through my usual email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) are not coming through.
  please help I don’t have the

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  The website you’ve posted is using the open-source WordPress.org and this forum is for the hosted WordPress.com platform. They’re very similar, but two separate things.
