Hi there,
If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

I have my email address and the password which I use but it said my account was blocked. I no longer have access to the email address that is attached to my wordpress account. I can see the wordpress blogs on jetpack but cannot access them.

I can see the wordpress blogs on jetpack but cannot access them.
Could you send a link to the site you’re trying to access?
If the site is a copy of WordPress with a different host, ask your host for help with this guide, which has several account recovery options for the free WordPress software.

I did try that and it said the link expired, I tried everything I could to recover it. I will have to accept that I lost my wordpress account and just create a new blog with some of my old posts so that I can view blog posts. I have the email address and the password but it’s blocked so no use having it. I have my Blogger account and I was able to recover the account so I will use that
thank you for your assist
