password recovery and delete errant account.

  I posted this before and this didn’t show up in the forums
  (sorry if it shows up as a duplicate)
  Trried to log into my old account….
  hit password reset.
  reset password from link given in email and it created a NEW account.

  I do not want this new account I want it deleted.
  any help will do,
