Password recovery emails not sending

Hello,
I have noticed that many people have had issues with password recovery emails not sending. I am having this issue for my account overseeing the komalistories.wordpress.com blog. It seems the only solution is to post in the forum and have it escalated by a staff. Please do so for me.
Bear in mind the following message does not help, so please just escalate the issue:
