Hello, I forgot my admin login password and when I try to recover it via email, I don’t get email letter.

I can’t migrate my account nowhere, because I can’t log in in it. I can’t find proper answers in forums what can I do to get reset password email letter when I an self-hosting my website and I don’t have any hosting plan.

Your host or IT person (or you!) may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options. Several don’t require access to wp-admin or email, just your hosting tools:
