Password recovery not successful after 30 minutes

  I have a blog. I have someone who would like to login to her id and then go to my blog and read it. I have no special plug-ins or anything, just the basic account that’s provided for you if you pay no money. My user cannot log into her account. It would seem that her account is locked. It tells her to wait 30minutes and then login again. She tries logging in again after 45 minutes and is still not able to login. She has had this happen to her repeatedly with not success in getting into her account. Does anyone have an idea of how to work this?

  Have you checked in your email client spam/junk mail folder?
