Password recovery procedure not working

My password for my business site is not working. I get the incorrect password message. I HAVE NOT changed it. I use Dashlane, which logs me in automatically, and the password they have on file is the same one I have written down. Automatic and manual login both get the incorrect password message. I tried using the WP password recovery procedure, but no email ever shows up. I’ve checked both home and work email accounts, including trash, junk, and spam folders. Nothing from WP. I should add that this problem began when I upgraded to WP 4.2. In addition, I can no longer log in to the forum with my business account forum login info. I’m accessing it now through another account.
Has anyone else had login problems after upgrading?
