  i was curious about twilio & to my surpise i have found that users from india can receive SMS if they activate a category in NDNC.

  why am i surprised ?
  users need not activate any category to receive important messages. almost all online retailers, banks send messages for purchase, shipment, withdrawal, etc..

  i don’t know the process how the online retailers & banks have took the exemption.

  i request wordpress team to take necessary steps to ensure paassword recovery SMS is able to reach indian mobile numbers even if they are registered in NDNC.

  if it is not in the hands of wordpress team, please let me know. i will send an e-mail to twilio directly stating my issue.
