Password refused

My password won’t work. I’ve tried re-setting it & the re-set password won’t work either, although it tells me the re-set was successful

This might sound silly, but could you check to make sure you didn’t accidentally hit the CapsLock key? When I’ve had password trouble like that in the past, it was because CapsLock was on and I didn’t know it.

I saw that you recently updated your password. For security purposes I have no idea what your password is. Can you try the reset process one more time and let me know if the new password works?
In the meantime I will keep an eye out to see if there something on our end causing this.

New password still not working. I changed the password because it wouldn’t accept the old one. But it doesn’t accept the new one either.

I still can’t get on using the app on my iPad but I have managed to post by getting on via safari (I wasn’t asked for a password).
When I was trying to post via the app, it wouldn’t let me preview until I’d logged in with my password and then it wouldn’t let me do anything g else either when that failed.I think maybe I should delete the app then re-install.
