Password Resent Email Doesn’t Contain a Link

    I’ve forgotten my password and when I click the ‘send reset email’ link I do in fact get an email from WordPress, however the email doesn’t contain a link to reset my password. It’s blank. This has happened three times now. I use wordpress for my job and have a separate account than my personal one. Looking for help. Thanks.

    Hi goforthmedia,

    Oh! What is the email address of the account or address of the site you are having trouble resetting the password for? If you type the email address normally, it will be hidden from public view but staff will be able to see it.

    Once I have that information, I’ll take a closer look.
