  hi
  i have installed wordpress by ‘Softaculous Apps Installer’ and now I don’t remember it’s password ; the problem is when I use lost password option , I do not receive any email .

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Unknown
  Correct account: Unknown

  Hi there – I believe I see what you are working with.

  You will need to do two things.

  First, contact the support team for Softaculous. This could be an issue on their end and they’d benefit from knowing about it and/or your experience using their software.

  Second, as their site says, your support will come from WordPress.org (you are currently on WordPress.com). You can get support for your WordPress from here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
