  It seems there are 2 websites out there in wordpress.
  We are trying to make changes to the newest site, however the person that created it for us is gone and we are not sure how to get into our newer website.
  The 2 emails we have used is either (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  From what I can see the site holistichealingmi.com is hosted with Hostgator, and is not a site hosted on our managed WordPress service.

  You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/holistichealingmi.com+dns

  In this case we are not able to help with changes to that site, but you may be able to contact Hostgator for their support in regaining access.
