  The person who set up the lv-mac account is no longer available, and all account records are no longer accessible. Our client cannot login due to security precautions. We have tried to reset the PW but don’t know to what email address the request are being sent. We have no proof of ownership. What can we do? Thank you!

  All my research indicates that we are out of options. There is no way to access that account. It has been maintained for years and is important to our client, and we would like to at least find out why access is being denied. Is that possible? Thank you!
