password reset

  I have been trying to reset my password for the last several hours.

  I selected ‘change password’…and an email was sent to me with a url that was supposed to allow me to change the password…wouldn’t you know, this url from a highly technical company….WordPress…would not work…tried it multiple times…..

  Nothing…so, please respond with a way to change my password…

  It seems impossible to get any help at all from WordPress…why is that?
