not getting the email thats sent to do so when using my username and when trying to use my email address it says that it cant be found. last time i had to do this 5 or 6 times but i cant remember what the problem was. this time is pissing me off so much i wanna cry!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can change your email address on your accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/accountThere is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.

You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
