Password reset

  I own another site on wordpress. I got it as a plugin for my website panel. I changed my password using one of the autogenerated ones and forgot it.

  The password reset link brings up this message: The email could not be sent.
  Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there!

  Are you trying to access a WordPress.com site or a WordPress.org site? This site – https://cannonballinc.wordpress.com – is WordPress.com and you can reset the password using this form:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  However this form only works with WordPress.com and so if you have a WordPress site hosted somewhere else you won’t be able to use it to reset the password. If you give me the address of your site I can verify for you.

  I am not sure whether it’s org or com because I got it as a plugin on my webpanel account.

  That’s not hosted on our servers here at WordPress.com which means we don’t have access to the site either. Your best bet is to contact the company you’re paying to host the site and it looks like it may be Mochahost?
