  I am trying to reset my password and WordPress doesn’t recognize my email address that is literally in my account profile. Why?

  Hi there,

  Are you able to login to your account? if you are already logged in to your WordPress.com account then you can reset the password from the “Account Settings” page: https://wordpress.com/me/security

  Or else you’ll have to use Reset Password” option at the login page.

  Can you please check again if you’re typing the wrong email address?
