Password reset

  I am trying to reset the password to one of my accounts. I have received the reset email but when I click the button it sends me to a page that says ‘Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.’

  Any help will be appreciated.

  Hi stephaniecaulley,

  I’ll be happy to look at this with you. What is the email address of the account or URL of the site you are trying to reset the password for? If you type the email address normally, it will be redacted from public view but visible to staff.

  Just let me know and we can go from there.

  The email associated with the account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) There is no website associated with the account.
