  When I request a password change, the link that is sent to the email address directs to a blank page.

  Is there a site connected to the account you’re trying to access? If so, what is the site’s URL?

  Let’s wait for staff to get back to you, but in the meantime you can try to provide some (non-sensitive, as this is a public forum) useful info about the account you’re having problems with.

  Would the page still be up if they had not paid up to date?

  The account you’re posting from is only 42 minutes old and clearly has no sites associated with it, so in order to receive help you need to answer the essential question: what is the URL of your site?

  Hi there,

  Can you please tell us the address of the site you’re trying to access? If the site is hosted with us on WordPress.com, it will still exist, as we never remove sites due to an optional upgrade expiring.

  Please also make sure you are completely logged out of WordPress.com when trying to click the password reset link, else that will just take you back to the account you’re already logged into.
