  Hello! I just signed up with your services, and was locked out because it did not recognize the password I had set. I tried to reset my password, but it would not send the confirmation email. what do i do?

  It sounds like this is a new account, separate from the other one you created. What’s the address of the other site you cannot get to from this account?
