  Hello I am with gooddesignshop.com. We are having trouble logging into our account and would like to reset the password. We have tried to reset the password several times but we are only receiving the first link to ‘create a new password,’ and have not received an option to reset the password.

  Hi there, this is a self-hosted copy of WordPress through another provider. It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.

  And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.

  First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:

  As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
