  Hi there, I need help as I am unable to receive a password reset. Could anyone email me so we can have a proper communication please.

Live chat support is included for the Premium, Business, and eCommerce plans, so if there are chatters available to assist you, you’ll be able to chat with us from that page.   @fagnerlordello, what is the URL of the site you’re trying to access? If it’s hosted on WordPress.com, you can use this form to reach out to our support team:

  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/.

  @franxiscoflorestestsites, if the user can’t reset their password, it means they can’t access their account and won’t be able to reach support from there. You can point them to the page I linked above instead.
