Password reset causes redirect error

    I’m having trouble with a different blog I manage, MySnowCoach.com. I can’t sign on with the old password, and I can’t reset the password. I receive “Password Reset” emails with a link, “Reset Password.” But the link does not work. I get the error, “This webpage has a redirect error” (Chrome) or “Too many redirects occurred trying to open…” (Safari). I need to change the password to access my account. What can I do?

    What is your user role on this http://mysnowcoach.com blog? Are you an Admin? Did you register that blog?

    Hi Hugh – Your current user account is a different account than the one that owns the blog you’re trying to get into. You’ll need to log out of your current account entirely and log back into the other account. Do you remember what account that was/what email address you used for it?
