Password reset causes redirect error

    I’m having trouble with a different blog I manage. I can’t sign on with the old password, and I can’t reset the password. I receive “Password Reset” emails with a link, “Reset Password.” But the link does not work. I get the error, “This webpage has a redirect error” (Chrome) or “Too many redirects occurred trying to open…” (Safari). I need to change the password to access my account. What can I do?
