Password reset email is blank

    Hi
    I’m desperate for a bit of help please. I’m trying to reset the password on my new site and the email I’m receiving each time I try to reset the password is this:
    Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account: http://lovingconnection.com.au/ Username: PennyLough If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:

    So there are 2 issues I’m facing
    1. The email doesn’t prove an address to visit so I’m stuck
    2. The email is referring to the wrong account which must be my fault
    – I have a site http://www.lovingconnection.com.au which is live and I’m logged into this now – admin account is Penny Lough
    – I set up a new site last night birthbabyand beyond.com.au and this is the one which I need to reset the password for. I attempt to login following the url for this site with a password that I’m 99% sure is correct but it fails, then when I request a password reset via the email address that both websites share I get the email referring to my other site with the missing link

    I wasn’t having any problems logging into my new site originally. I think what changed things was when I went back to dream host and ticked the option to make new site (birthbabyandbeyond) a mirror of the old site (lovingconnection)

    Please help. I’m willing to delete the new site and start again if that’s the best way forward but I don’t know if that’s the best fix or will just cause more problems.

    Hi there,
    You are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for sites hosted by WordPress.COM that site is not one of them. Contact your web host.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
